CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

Your credit card details are guarded by best practice technology provided by our provider http://www.paymentexpress.com/index.html so you can order with confidence. All transactions are completed with the security provided at the highest level encryption servers available.

MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS

If for any reason you do not feel safe entering your credit card information on our site, please feel free to fax, e-mail or phone your order to us.

NO TOLERANCE POLICY TOWARDS FRAUD

We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order.

RETURNS POLICY

Here at DQ Co creating positive experiences is the spirit behind our brand and our Returns and Exchange policy.

Please choose carefully, refunds are not provided for a change of mind, but we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note on goods if they are returned to us in original unused re-saleable condition within 14 days of purchase on presentation of the purchase receipt and a completed Return Form.

Any items that are faulty, were damaged in transit or were not as ordered can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange or credit note but will not be accepted unless accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt and a completed Return Form.

You can print off a Return Form, email us at info@dqcompany.com and we can send you a copy, or call us on 021 162 6065 and we will mail or fax you a copy.

Where a refund is requested and approved, we will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods, excluding delivery charges (unless goods were faulty, damaged in transit or not as ordered).

Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your name and details will be kept private in compliance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993. Nobody else will have access to your private details and we do not sell nor distribute your personal information to any third parties.

Your email address will only be used by DQ Co to do the following:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your order
  • email a copy of your invoice/packing slip
  • to email any correspondence relating to your order as required
  • AND, for email newsletters if you opt to receive them.

Telephone numbers allow us, if required, to contact you about your order.
